Setting up the appointment was simple the person setting it up was very kind, Rina stayed it contact with me throughout the process from beginning to follow-up, and Derek the person administering the treatment came on time calling prior to showing up. He offered explanation quickly and professionally, and left the yard and surroundings just as they’d been. Derek is amazing. He’s so patient and knowledgeable and spent extra time the last service day explaining to me how the process works to kill the bugs. He has great customer service skills and is very thorough. I appreciate that he texts to warn that he’s on the way and then he calls if you don’t respond to the text and then he also knocks on the door when he arrives to make sure you’re aware he’s there . Jana came out to my home, was on time, and even called ahead of time to give us the heads up. Very professional and took the time to listen to my concerns and address everything. Mosquitos seem to be gone and plan on continuing this service. We also added a pest treatment along the perimeter of our home to help keep the annoying critters out. Such a wonderful experience with Mosquito Hunters the service rep Andru Enchos texted when he was on his way with an ETA, so I knew the dogs needed to be in. He was very professional and when done let me know when the dogs could go back out. We hired Mosquito Hunters in July of this year when it was tough to get out in our yard without getting multiple bites. Since then our tech, Derek, has serviced our property 3 times and the yard has been much more enjoyable! We hardly notice the mosquitoes now. Mosquito Hunters is the best! I am very prone to getting mosquito bites and ever since we started our treatments with Mosquito Hunters I have not had one mosquito bite in three summers! We switched from Mosquito Joe to Mosquito Hunters this year. The owner gave me a courtesy “welcome” call and dropped off a card and bag of treats as a thank you!
